1. Digital Content Classification
The Product is digital content within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/770, supplied immediately after purchase.
Delivery occurs when an invitation email granting access is sent.
2. Withdrawal Waiver
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun, provided the Customer has:
* Consented to immediate delivery; and
* Acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights
This consent is collected via a separate checkbox at checkout.
3. No Refunds After Delivery
Once delivery has occurred, all sales are final except where mandatory EU law requires otherwise.
Refunds are not issued for:
* Change of mind
* Lack of use
* Incorrect email address
* Incompatibility with third-party software
* Subjective dissatisfaction
4. Repair-First Remedy
If the Product does not conform to its description due to a defect attributable to the Company:
1. The Customer must notify support within 72 hours of delivery
2. The Company may attempt correction within 14 days
3. A refund is considered only if correction fails
4. Usage-Based Exclusion
Where logs indicate that the Product has been:
* Downloaded
* Opened
* Used or modified
The Product is considered supplied and consumed, excluding refund eligibility except where legally unavoidable.
6. Verification & Cooperation
The Customer may be required to:
* Verify purchase details
* Cooperate with troubleshooting
* Confirm access status
Failure to cooperate suspends refund consideration.
7. Refund Method
Where a refund is legally required, it will be issued via the original payment method and processed within 14 days of approval.
